Biography

Mona Nafari received the B.S. degree in Medical Engineering (Bioelectric) from Islamic Azad University Science and Research Branch, Tehran, Iran, in 2006. She started her career as research engineer at Research Center for Science and Technology In Medicine (RCSTIM),Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2006. She received the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) from Razi university, Iran, in 2010, and is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, Buffalo, NY, USA, under the guidence of Professor Josep M. Jornet. Her current research interests are in Optical and Terahertz Band communication devices, communications and networks.
