Biography

Daniel Uvaydov will obtain his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo (UB), The State University of New York, Buffalo, NY, USA in May, 2018. He is currently under the advisement of Professor Josep M. Jornet with whom he also does research. His research interests include Nano-photonic wireless communication, Intra-body Wireless Nanosensor Networks, In Vivo Nanoscale Optical Channel Properties, and the Internet of Nano-Things.

  1. First Year Design Award, Award given to select freshman teams in the University at Buffalo for outstanding achievement in the Wind Turbine Design Project, December 2014
  2. Dean’s List, given to students who demonstrate academic excellence by earning a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.6 while completing a minimum of 15 or more UB credit hours, Fall 2015 and Spring 2017
